Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Managing all on site installation and repair of IT devices and assets in the infrastructure
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner
Supporting all service support tickets to full client satisfaction
Make appropriate technical recommendations to enhance infrastructure workflow and reduce the number of service requests filed
المهارات
Valid Kuwaiti Driving License is a MUST
At least CCNP or MCSE is needed
At least 4 years experience in a related customer-facing support field
At least 2-3 years of experience with world renowned products such as Apple, Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, Dell, and HP
